Abstract

Chemoselective reactions that can convert specific functional groups in the presence of multiple functional groups can increase the efficiency of the synthesis of molecules. In particular, the domino-type reaction, which can form multiple bonds in one step using common functional groups, is highly effective because it has a wide range of applications and can rapidly construct a molecular skeleton. In this study, we aim to develop a domino-type reaction using carboxylic acids, which is a common functional group in various molecules.
